MONDIAL RELAY: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A RETURN LABEL: INVALID COLLECTION METHOD

You are trying to generate a return label with the carrier Mondial Relay, but you receive the following error:

28-Invalid collection method

This error is due to the fact that an option required to create returns with Mondial Relay is not enabled in your Mondial Relay account.

Solution: You need to contact Mondial Relay support so that they can enable the required option in your account.
