ORDER WEIGHT IS NOT RETRIEVED FROM SALES SOURCES

Product weight, and therefore the total weight of the order, is not information that Shippingbo retrieves when an order comes in from a sales source.

A product's weight must be entered in the product catalog when the product is created in Shippingbo, or via an update of the product sheet.
