PDA PICKING: THE RIGHT PRODUCT IS NOT SCANNED

During your preparation process (PDA picking), you scan your products but they are not correct.

This is because, when the product is scanned, the PDA does not validate the product. In the illustration above, you will see that the "scanned quantity" is equal to 0.

Had the product been properly validated, the quantity would have been 1.

This comes from the PDA scanning setting, which performs a "Tab" once the product is scanned, and not an "Enter"
