COLIS PRIVÉ: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL (ZONES OFFER)

You try to generate a Colis Privé label with the Colis Privé Zones offer, but you receive the following error message:

"Error generating the label. Please check the address, then the label configuration.

No shipping method! (code-26)"

This error message indicates that the postal code of the order is not supported by the Colis Privé Zones offer.

In the Zones offer, Colis Privé sends us every day a changing list of postal codes supported by the Zones offer. If you receive this error message, the postal code of the order is not included in the file of the day.

✅Solution:

You need to ship the order with another carrier, or with another Colis Privé offer.
