DPD CLASSIC: ERROR PARCEL SHOP DELIVERY SERVICE IS DENIED

You are trying to ship an order with the DPD CLASSIC service, but you receive the following error:

500 Internal Server Error: Parcel Shop delivery service is denied.

This error occurs because the delivery address of the order contains a pick-up point number, whereas the DPD CLASSIC service does not allow shipments to pick-up points. You must use the dedicated DPD RELAIS service for this.

✅Solution:

You can either ship the order with the DPD RELAIS service, for a shipment to a pick-up point. You can also correct the delivery address by removing the pick-up point number if it is an error, and entering the correct destination address
