DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: THE DPD LABEL WAS NOT GENERATED IN EPRINT FORMAT

You are trying to generate a label with DPD but receive the following error message:

"The DPD label was not generated in EPRINT format"

This error occurs because DPD sends us the label in GEOLABEL format, which is currently not compatible with Shippingbo.

✅Solution: you need to contact your account manager at DPD and ask them to fix this so that they send us the labels in EPRINT format. We recommend that you send them a copy of the error, as well as the debug files available in the SBUG interface (tutorial on this interface here).

In these files, you will see that in DPD's response the type associated with the label is BIC3 , whereas they need to send us EPRINT .
