ERROR DURING A STOCK VARIATION BY FILE IMPORT

You are trying to push the stock of one or more products by performing a "Stock in/out" import, but the import does not work and you receive the following error:

"400 BAD REQUEST Stock variation not allowed"

This error occurs because you are using the advanced warehouse (stock management by location from the Stock -> Locationstab). Indeed, with the advanced warehouse, the "Stock in/out" import cannot be performed because locations exist.

✅Solution:

You must therefore perform this operation by specifying the locations into which the stock is pushed. Here is the tutorial on stock variations in the advanced warehouse: Configure a CSV file for advanced warehouse imports.

You need to use the "Stock in/out for locations" import.
