GENERIC LABEL GENERATION ERROR: UNKNOWN / INCORRECT POSTAL CODE

You are trying to generate a carrier label but encounter the following error:

"The postal code is unknown/incorrect. Please change your destination information."

This error means that the postal code entered in the delivery address is incorrect.

✅Solution:

Enter the delivery address in a Google Maps tab and check the postal code. If Google Maps shows a postal code different from the one entered in the delivery address, change it directly in the order details in Shippingbo and try generating the label again
