AMAZON SHIPPING: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL "THE PURCHASE REQUEST PARAMETERS ARE NOT VALID"

You are trying to generate a label with Amazon Shipping, but you receive the following error:

"The purchase request parameters are not valid. Please call with the correct parameters or make another call to check eligible options"

This error is caused by a bug in the Amazon Shipping API.

Solution: you first need to contact Shippingbo support with the number of the order concerned, so that we can provide you with the debug files for this label generation attempt.

You will then need to open a ticket with Amazon Shipping, providing them with the debug files, so that they can fix the bug and unblock label generation.
