CHRONOPOST: ERROR "INVALID ACCOUNT OR PASSWORD" OR "33-INVALID ACCESS-INVALID DATA ERROR"

You are trying to generate a Chronopost label but you receive the following error message:

"095784. Chronopost response: 1500-invalid account or password-Unknown Error"

or this error message:

"33-Invalid access-Invalid data error. At least one field is not formatted correctly."

This error indicates that the Chronotrace password entered in your label account in Shippingbo is not the right one for this account number.

Solution: first, get in touch with your account manager at Chronopost to have your Chronotrace password confirmed, then send it to Shippingbo support so that we can correct it in the interface.
