DB SCHENKER: "CANNOT FIND ROUTING FOR CONSIGNEE" ERROR

You are trying to generate a label with DB Schenker, but you receive the following error:

"Cannot find routing for consignee: Please check city, postal_code and country_code."

This error is sent to us directly by DB Schenker, and means that the postal code entered in the delivery address is not associated with the city entered in their database. As a result, they do not recognize the address and do not allow the label to be generated.

✅Solution: we first invite you to check the postal code/city association on Google, then to contact DB Schenker support so that they can tell you which values to enter in order to allow the label to be generated.
