DPD: LABEL GENERATION ERROR: "INVALID PAYLOAD

You try to generate a label with the carrier DPD (shipment or return), but you receive the following error:

"invalid_payload: Invalid Payload

- sender_address: {'lastname'=>['must be filled']}

- return_address: {'lastname'=>['must be filled']}"

This error indicates that a required field for generating a DPD label is empty.

Here, it is the "name" field of the shipping address and of the return address.

As shipping and return addresses can only be modified by the Support team, please contact us via the Help button in your interface, or write to us at support@shippingbo.com providing us with the value to enter
