ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL FOR AN ORDER WITH CN23: "THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSMITTED"

When generating the label for an order requiring a CN23, the following error message is displayed:

"The total shipping cost amount has not been transmitted."

This is because the shipping costs have not been filled in for this order.

✅Solution:

On the order's shipment page, go to the Parcel information -> Shipping cost value section and fill in the corresponding shipping costs.

For the system to be able to generate the label, the shipping costs must be filled in. You can enter the minimum value of one euro.
