ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL FOR AN ORDER WITH CN23 "THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST WAS NOT TRANSMITTED"

When generating the label for an order requiring a CN23, the following error message is displayed:

"The total shipping cost was not transmitted."

This is because the shipping cost has not been entered for this order.

✅Solution:

On the order's shipment page, go to the Parcel information -> Shipping cost value section and enter the corresponding shipping cost.

For the system to be able to generate the label, the shipping cost must be entered. You can enter the minimum value of one euro.
