ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE TRANSPORT SLIP: "Error generating the slip via the Geodis API"

When generating the Geodis delivery slip, in Configurations > File management > tab EXPORT, the following error appears:

➡️ This error occurs when there are more than 100 parcels to include at once in the delivery slip.

✅ Solution:

Since more than 100 parcels need to be included, and the default maximum is 100, you must generate the delivery slip in several passes, by narrowing the date ranges covered by the delivery slip at the time of generation.

➡️ The narrower the date ranges, the fewer parcels the delivery slip will include.

➡️ You must therefore generate the delivery slip by adjusting the date range so that the slip includes fewer than 100 labels, then repeat the operation.

✅ Solution:

If this situation occurs regularly, a parameter can be adjusted in your configuration. Please contact support here so that your configuration can be adjusted.
