GLS BY API: LABEL GENERATION ERROR "SHIPPERID IS REQUIRED WHEN CREATING A SHIPMENT"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier GLS by API, but you receive the following error message:

“ShipperId is required when creating a shipment.”

This means that one of these two pieces of information is missing from the configuration of your GLS by API contract in your Shippingbo account:

This information can be provided by your account manager at GLS.

✅Solution:

Once you have retrieved the information mentioned above, you need to send it to the Shippingbo support team so that they can add it to your account.
