GLS: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL "PRODUCT/ SERVICE NOT ALLOWED"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier GLS and you get the following error message:

"Error when generating the label. Please check the address and then the label settings.

An error occurred when validating input: Product/Service(s) combination not allowed. [c905984e-d643-4568-9bc4-fef27da1d8c5]"

This error is sent to us directly by GLS and indicates that the service used does not allow this shipment.

✅Solution:

You need to use another GLS service that supports the parcel's destination
