TNT: ERROR "VALID IS 12 CHARACTERS"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier TNT but you receive the following error:

"API response: The field 'receiver.contactFirstName' has an invalid size. Valid is 12 characters."

This error is returned to us by TNT's services: their systems do not allow more than 12 characters per field.

✅Solution: you need to change the value here so that it is shorter than 12 characters.
