TNT: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: "WITHOUT SATURDAY DELIVERY"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier TNT, but you receive the following error message:

"Services compatible with this parcel: 9:00 Express to home (AZ) without saturday delivery; 10:00 Express to home (TZ) without saturday delivery; 12:00 Express to home (MZ) without saturday delivery; Express to home (JZ) without saturday delivery"

This is an error in the configuration of your TNT label account.

✅Solution: we recommend that you contact Shippingbo support via the "Help" button in your interface or by writing to support@shippingbo.com so that we can disable the saturday_delivery option in your TNT label account.
