LOGISTICS PROVIDER: ENABLE OR DISABLE A SELLER ON YOUR ACCOUNT

As a logistics provider, you can now enable and disable sellers on your Shippingbo account.

To do so, go to the menu Sellers -> then into the details of the seller in question, and click on Enable / Disable:

📢 Warning:

Disabling a seller on your Shippingbo account will completely cut the link between your account and the seller's account. As a result, this will disable the syncing of orders, stock, expected receipts and products to the OMS account.

A warning message will appear if you want to disable a seller.

Click on "Disable" if you want to disable it completely.
