MAGENTO: EXCLUDE ORDERS FROM A SPECIFIC STORE

Magento allows you to manage several stores. You can choose to receive the orders from all the stores or to exclude some of them.

To do so, go to the settings of your Magento external service and enter the IDs of the stores to exclude in the category Exclusion rules:

You can also exclude by SKU, so that these products are not imported into Shippingbo:

Example: You offer gift cards with the purchase of a product on the Magento store. The orders therefore all contain 1 product with SKU X + 1 product with SKU GIFTCARD.

By adding GIFTCARD in the "Exclude by SKU" field, the orders containing 1 product with SKU X + 1 product with SKU GIFTCARD will be imported with only one product line: 1 product with SKU X.
