MIGRATE FROM FBC (Fulfilled by Cdiscount) TO OCTOPIA FULFILLMENT

Following the change in how the Cdiscount platform operates, a migration is required on your Shippingbo account.

If you need to migrate from FBC to Octopia Fulfillment, please follow these steps: 

1. Contact Octopia customer service via a ticket from your Octopia Seller Portal account, asking them to link your account to Shippingbo.

Following this request, Octopia will provide you with a Seller ID.

2. Once you have retrieved this Seller ID, contact the Shippingbo support team to ask them to carry out the migration, providing the following information:

  • The Seller ID provided by Octopia

  • The country of the Octopia warehouse concerned
