MONDIAL RELAY: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A RETURN LABEL: INVALID COLLECTION METHOD

You are trying to generate a return label with the carrier Mondial Relay, but you receive the following error:

28-Invalid collection method

This error is due to an option required to create returns with Mondial Relay not being enabled in your Mondial Relay account.
