PICKING CONTROL PROBLEM: UNABLE TO PRINT THE LABEL

After preparing an order with picking control, the following error message is displayed when generating the label:

The picking control information does not match the order information.

This error message means that, during order preparation, picking control was performed on more products than the order contains.

Solution:

To resolve this error, simply cancel the picking control and start it again from the beginning.
