You prepare your orders with a mobile apiary with fixed slots and you need to release a slot during preparation following an error.
If an order included in the preparation session prevents the apiary from being released, you will be able to click on the “Print an error label” button, which will generate a label with the order information so that you can process it separately and then release the apiary.
The “Print an error label” button is represented by the following icon: 
- If you generate the label via the Shipping menu, you will find it here:
- If you generate the label directly from the preparation session, you will find it here:
You can then continue your preparation session.
