SCHEDULED EXPORT: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FILE IS EMPTY?

You have an export file scheduled to be generated at set times and to be dropped on an FTP server. 

Is the file dropped on the FTP even if it contains no data?

 

✅ Solution:

If the file contains no data and is therefore empty, the file is not sent to the FTP.
