From the Preparationmenu, you want to archive a session but receive the following error message in a pop-up:
It is not possible to archive a session that still has orders in preparation. All the orders must have the "shipped" status, and the picking must be finished.
✅Solution: you need to check that all the orders have been shipped and that none remain in preparation. If needed, you must also finish the picking if it is still in progress.
