WHY DO I HAVE PICKING STOCK WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

If you notice that you have picking stock on one or more products linked to an order that you have shipped, it means that you previously made a handling error in the order preparation process, or that you did not complete this process through to shipping the order.

Indeed, it is very likely that the order was “in progress” in a preparation process (fixed apiary, mobile apiary, etc.).

➡️As a reminder, this means it was linked to a slip (and therefore a parcel) that had reserved stock in the location.

The picking was necessarily also done via this preparation process, because that is what moves the stock into picking for the products concerned. However, you must then have shipped the order outside the process, i.e. with another slip (parcel), which created another reservation in the location. This prevented the product held in picking stock from being marked as shipped and from being fully removed from stock.

The picked product(s) therefore remain in picking stock because they were neither shipped nor restocked on the PDA.

✅Solution:

1- If the product(s) in picking stock have not physically left the warehouse, you must therefore restock them using the feature RESTOCKING ON THE PDA.

2- If the product(s) have physically left the warehouse, please follow our tutorial: Remove picking stock that has been shipped.
